The 5&#8243; x 5&#8243; vs the 7&#8243; x 7&#8243; is to make sure you have a hole size that your bird can&#8217;t get stuck in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">A 5&#8243; x 5&#8243; would be too small for a macaw. So the 7&#8243; x 7&#8243; would be the right one.
