A parrot joke about Jesus<\/span><\/p>\n

A burglar broke\u00a0into a house one\u00a0night. He shined his flashlight\u00a0around, looking for valuables when a voice in the dark\u00a0said,<\/span><\/p>\n

‘Jesus knows you’re here.’<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

He nearly jumped out of his skin, clicked his flashlight off, and froze. When he heard nothing more<\/span>, after a\u00a0bit, he shook his head and continued.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Just as he pulled the stereo out so he\u00a0could disconnect the wires, clear as a\u00a0bell he heard<\/span><\/p>\n

‘Jesus is watching you.’<\/span><\/p>\n

Freaked out, he shined his light around\u00a0frantically, looking for the source of the voice.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Finally, in the corner of the room, his\u00a0flashlight beam came to rest on a\u00a0parrot.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

‘\u00a0Did you say that?’ he hissed at the\u00a0parrot?<\/span><\/div>\n

‘Yep’, the parrot confessed, then\u00a0squawked, ‘I’m just trying to warn you<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“that he is watching you.’<\/span><\/p>\n

The burglar relaxed. ‘Warn me, huh?\u00a0Who in the world are you?’<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

‘Moses,’ replied the bird.<\/span><\/p>\n

‘Moses?’ the burglar laughed. ‘What\u00a0kind of people would name a bird\u00a0Moses<\/span>?’<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

‘The kind of people that would name a\u00a0Rottweiler Jesus.’<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
